Protect your investment — cleaning and resealing that makes concrete look new again.
Concrete Pressure Washing & Sealing in McMurray, PA
Concrete is durable, but Pittsburgh winters are hard on it. Freeze–thaw cycles, deicing salts, and years of dirt dull the color and slowly break down the surface. Professional pressure washing and resealing by Curbscapes brings back the finish and adds years to the life of your patio, driveway, or walkway.
We clean the surface with commercial-grade equipment, let it dry properly, and apply a penetrating sealer that protects against water, salt, and stains. It's the single best thing you can do to maintain stamped and colored concrete — whether we poured it or someone else did.

Pressure Washing & Sealing Questions
How often should concrete be sealed?
Every two to three years for most outdoor concrete in the Pittsburgh area. High-traffic driveways and surfaces exposed to deicing salt may need it more often. If water no longer beads on the surface, it's time to reseal.
Why does concrete need to be sealed at all?
Sealer keeps water out of the concrete's pores. In our climate, water that soaks in freezes, expands, and causes flaking and cracking, while deicing salts eat at the surface. Sealing also locks in the color on stamped and decorative finishes.
Can you restore concrete that looks old and dirty?
Usually, yes. A professional cleaning followed by a color-enhancing sealer makes most structurally sound concrete look dramatically better. We'll tell you honestly during the free estimate if a surface is beyond restoring.
Do you maintain concrete that Curbscapes didn't install?
Yes. We pressure wash and reseal concrete regardless of who originally poured it.
